Returns & Exchanges Policy

We currently allow cancelation of orders made within 24 hours via call or email. At this time we do not provide refunds, cancellations, or returns for any of our shipped products. 

Re-routed Mail

Some seeds were meant to return home...If that's truly not the case, and it's our bad, we will reship your package. However, if you goofed up, we will gladly re-route your package upon receipt of shipping costs.

Fallen Trees (Damaged/Defective Goods)

If you received a damaged or defected spray bottle please let us know. You can contact us for replacement at:

If you have received your order within 30 days, please send us a detailed email with the troubles you are experiencing. 

Send us a picture of the damaged item plus your contact information and we will get a replacement out shortly.
